10/24/05 For the last couple days I have been running around to some of my sites doing a little cleanup. This page has sat almost dormant for about a year but I still have hopes for it. I'm a bit torn on the subject of TiVO I've made a couple good runs at getting the software right and it became a bit daunting. I have 3 series 2 Directivo's; one is a new HD model two are HDVR2, all have dual satellite inputs for directv and also have USB ports can connect to a network through an adapter. Only one has been semi-successfully hacked. Today I talked to a buddy of mine who said he can give me a hand so I'll give it another go. A few months ago I found a pre-modded image that would work on my system so that got me a couple jumps ahead. I got tivo web running, (its a slick HTML interface you can choose to share to your network control remotely etc.) But I never got the streaming to work. Ultimately you should be able to watch your now playing list over a network on your Xbox while the Tivo does whatever it normally does.
