This is generalized information Motherboard this is most commonly identified by the red/green or orange/green flashing LED. Here is a picture of a burnt TSOP (aka BIOS) chip. If anyone can report to me similar instances where this chip has literally smoked as this one has I would be interested in hearing about it Mail. This is one of the many failures that will generate a red/green flashing LED. Anything from the bios missing to bad RAM or other failures. Unfortunately this type of failure will generally require the replacement or repair of the motherboard. Remember that the Motherboard and HDD are paired, only the motherboard knows the password to unlock the drive so just swapping out the motherboard is not an answer. "Your Xbox requires service, call customer support" error message, the message is in multiple languages. Multiple languages is worse than just English apparently Details of my call to support click HERE
