Warranty Policy-
We warranty all parts against defect for 30 days (40 days from purchase
date is considered the warranty end date).
Before shipping a product to you we test it thoroughly to ensure trouble free
installation. This is an important step and part of the added value
everyone receives when dealing with the Llammas. If you need to return an
item keep in mind we take steps to
ensure we are only replacing products we have sold. Be prepared to return your
product prior to its replacement. We inspect for - Llamma product status, tampering
(broken seal on DVD etc) or damage due to
installation. Upon passing our inspection we cover the replacement of the product and the
shipping back to you.
Exchanges/Returns -
We charge a hefty $25.00 restocking fee and only accept
returns within 10 days of order, in addition we take steps to ensure
the item returned is an item we sold. We're sorry, we are not in the business of
sending and receiving packages and the answering the emails associated with
them. If your not sure of the part you need, consider our trade
in program, send us your broken console and we will send a refurbished unit.
90 Day Console Warranty-
We offer a 90 day warranty on all part included in consoles.
Hey if Microsoft can do it so can we. This assumes you have
not broken our seal on the console. If something were to fail in your
console you can ship the entire unit or upon our instruction, just the failed part back to us and we will
repair/replace it and cover the shipping back to you.
Motherboard Modifications-
Due
to the nature of modifications and risks involved we are unable to warranty our
motherboards if you choose to install a modchip. Warrantees apply 100% as
long as the products remain in the state in which they were shipped. For
this reason if you plan to modify a motherboard we send we highly recommend that
you first install it in an unmodified state to confirm its functionality prior
to any modification. |
