Llamma's Xbox Trade in Program We will fix or replace your broken Xbox for $100.00 We will attempt to repair your Xbox and return it to you with your game saves intact. We believe this is the preference of most and will offer our best effort, to send back the one you sent, we will not go to extraordinary means to return yours with game saves. We may replace the failing component or we may replace the entire console with one of our refurbished consoles. Either way we guarantee our work 90 days from our ship date. Nearly all consoles can be repaired for our flat rate fee. If yours caught fire and melted it is not much good to anyone so the flat rate would not apply. Common problems like-
